The mural starts with research into the clients wishes and strengths. The existing mural in the original cafe was used as a reference point and the composition echoed the three muses, and fishermen mending nets with the home town fishing village in the distance. Material was collected of Papa Gianni in three ages and the character of Rovigno studied.
