I started this series of mixed media paintings in January 2005 after my father passed away. Using some of his notes, I used collage to build art that contained remanants of his quirky writing or his Chinese Chess notations.
I felt closer to my father and something lighthearted came into the work.

The basis of this work is the notes written to Paul at his memorial. His friends and relatives wrote and I used the papers in this painting as a symbol of honor.
