This series of painted ceramic sculpture is hand built and then fired after drying and I finish with acrylics since I feel more comfortable with them than using glazes.

The famous Bellini portrait of Doge Lorendan is rich in color and texture. It is a gorgeous painting. It was my challange to build my own version in the round.
