This series of painted ceramic sculptureis hand built and then fired after drying and I finish with acrylics since I feel more comfortable with them than using glazes.

My Doge needed a companion and for that I chose to make a masked man from one of Longhi's paintings that gave us an insider's view to Carnival celebrations.
